HOW TO USE

Upon first use, swirl your fingertip in a circular motion on each eyeshadow shade. Don’t be afraid to use firm pressure. This will activate the Lid Illumes for optimal color payoff. Afterwards, for more saturated application, apply directly onto lids with your fingers. For a more diffused look dip an eyeshadow brush into the formula and swirl then apply onto eyelids.
